They have a refund of mine for £53 that they haven’t passed onto me. They have had it for 6 weeks and I can’t get it off them!!!!!!!!on hold for an hour trying to speak to a human and their emails are appalling. They ask the same questions even though they have all the info. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW BY NOT PASSING MONEY A REFUND ONTO ME.
