I have never had a more frustrating experience than with Utility Warehouse. We have been consistently over billed with no explanation, or five conflicting (nonsensical) explanations. We finally managed to escape their clutches and are now in the middle of a formal complaint with the Ombudsman. Not only have we paid excessive and completely inaccurate amounts, the amount of time spent trying to rectify the problems every single month is beyond a joke.
Avoid like the plague.
