Customer service is s joke.
They promise to call you back and it never happens.
Only been with this company 5 months and have been very disappointed. I phone every week to try and get our problem resolved. I’m either promised a call back or get cut off after being put on hold. Emails don’t get answered. Absolute waste of time.
