Avoid utility warehouse!!
Following a talk with two representatives and not signing up for any services with them they did a hard credit search on me!
This resulted in my credit score going down 45 points!!
After communicating with customer service I was told that I had agreed to this.
At no point was I told that a credit search would be conducted!!
Still unresolved and I’m furious
