It all 'sounds great, get all your bills under 1 roof, it'll be cheaper'. This is the worse service I have ever experienced. I have had no end of trouble with supplying meter readings bang on the end of the month, and a lot of misinformation. It literally depends on who you talk to (always email) which will be different every time you ask for clarification or guidance (I have emails for proof), and differing advice! Utilities Wearhouse will never accept fault, they never set up a call so it's always a horribly long-winded and unpleasant experience. My all-singing, all-dancing smart meter has not working properly but they only tell me 3 months in without an explanation and no one will answer my questions regarding this. I do NOT recommend them. Wish me luck with my current string of emails...
The options below, rather conveniently, only give 6-12 hours or over a week. I have been waiting longer than a day before my smart meter. And bear in mind when they do reply they either do not understand your plain English question or, ignore it completely and simply send you their demands. Frustrating as hell.
