I've had the misfortune of choosing one of the worst energy suppliers in the UK.
Their billing department is a shambles, their customer service is pitifull, I've been billed over £900.00. for a months energy instead of £300.00. I've been billed twice for the same month + I've been billed for Economy 7 which we do not have + they took payment 3 times for the same bill and now want payment again for the same bill + threats of debt collection. I urge people to check the directors of this Company on Companie House its an Eye opener.
The Energy Ombudsman has been Informed and after investigation this Company has been given 28 days to sort these bills out (14 days left).
Please avoid being ripped off y these people pay more and go to a reputable Company lookat Companies house and see how many different Company names these people use and look at how many Directors have been involved in dissolved businesses.
