Do not use this company! Been asking for 8 months to be put on a prepayment meter, instead they bill you for whatever they want, I had an electric bill for £1,500 in one MONTH. Have asked multiple times for a manager call back all you get is an email. Seriously don't use this company, you will have hassel every single month with your bill. Go to a reputable known electric company who will look after you. I hate utility warehouse
