Horrible company!!! I had solar panels installed but they continued to charge me full price for energy my solar panels producing. Tried to use their services to register me to the grid but felt up writing emails to nowhere(never received any answer) for 6 months then change utility supply company to Octopus. Everything was completed in 3 weeks. Now trying to get my money back through Ombudsman. Thank you Octopus energy!!!
