Awful customer service.
Claim to be the ‘cheapest’ energy supplier. Whilst that may or may not be true, they recoup those savings through underhand and fraudulent means.
I supposedly cancelled all services months ago, but still get a bill every month for a sim I don’t use despite calling several times.
Incompetent charlatans to avoid at all costs.
