Owe me £600+ refund and compensation for 6 months of errors and shambolic advice, and won't even respond to me now. Sadly having to speak to a solicitor as they are quite clearly ignoring me. Have called, have emailed, all promises by them broken and now radio silence after the impact of what they did has really damaged me. Bizarre behaviour, I thought they were better than this.
