Incredible neglect and incompetence shown from this company in regarding my issue.
I made several enquiries to be changed a gas meter, I was ensured that someone will call me to make an appointment, but,bas expected nobody get in touch with me.
I am paying from years an uncertain amount of money, based on a wrong estimation.
I am shocked by such low level of inability to manage the customers problems, is absolutely impossible to receive the proper and adequate support from the company.
