My mother has gone into a care home. I have authority to speak and passed all the security questions. But they have refused to cancel the services!
Put in a complaint and promised a call back which did not materialise and when I did a follow up call asked and answered all SAME security questions and told failed security!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Once you sign up they will do whatever they can to prevent you from leaving.
They owe my mother a substantial amount of money!
