Customer service is ok they allways helpfull.
Recently i ve moved. Instead of getting final bill. They are still keep calculating ESTIMATE bill. Four times called. Four times they said they corrected. But as soon as you enter the real numbers on app. They calculated estimate again. Their customer services maybe good but their system is not.
Their excuse is allways same. "we cant communicate with your smart meter its why we are sending you estimate bill"
Ok if you cant communicate with my meter. Just come and replace it.
Nightmare. Really really nightmare.
