I had a excellent agent by the name of Kirsty dealing with my request.she was friendly ,patient and very helpful with all the information she provided, l came on the phone very confused,but by the time l came of the call,she had made me understand very single thing she said to me ,l was one happy customer and was no longer confused,so l would like her to know that her customer service was brilliant and to thank her very much.
