I was with UW for around a year and a half. My account built up a deficit of £1800, which I was never warned of, nor had they suggested I increase my direct debit amount.
I rang them about 5 times for information and every single person I spoke to genuinely had no idea what they were talking about. I was told 3 different prices by 3 clueless staff members.
It really feels as though the company has been set up and is run by a group of high school students who don’t know their left from their right.
Would not recommend, sadly the company doesn’t train their staff properly and has absolutely no customer comms.
