I live in a very small one up one down house. The full fibre Internet at £40 pounds or so a month is unusable in many parts of the house. Their solution? Pay more and we'll send you some devices to put around the place to make it better. It's a tiny house, for God's sake. With my previous provider, I had no problems.
Add to that the non-stop junk mail and messages and I wish I'd never heard of them.
