Absolutely unhappy with their customer servise which is very confused about their own staff and services, and it’s a team of liars. For more than a month I’m trying to get them refund me money they took without my consent because they were taking over some internet provider, which I closed my account with, and took my information aswell and set an account with them which I never asked for. Now I’m struggling to get my money back, had to contact them more then couple times and was promised it’s gonna get sorted a few times but never did and now I got to wait for the next month to apparently get my money back? Ridiculous, don’t recommend, don’t use!
