I had a somewhat difficult time at the pay point. It appeared to me to only allow PayPal or Amazon as a pay option. I thought, well, this is new and I didn't want to pay with either. So, it was my confusion but a website issue. Yo dot confuse the customer especially at the point of pay. I received a very quick and courteous email explaining the process. I have yet to receive my purchase but expect within a couple of days.
