Very pleased at this point. Still waiting for my second purchase, became concerned on why it was taking so long. Ended up calling, no answer so I left a message. Surprisingly they called me back and searched for my part. She ended up making a call to the manufacturer, then called me back. Very impressed with the friendly customer service.
