I ordered a bumper. It did not allow a winch to be attached so I needed to return it. It is metal piping in a box. It had minor rubbing wear when i received it, but it is going on my side by side...so no big deal. I sent it back. UTV DIRECT used the minor rubbing as the reason they could not refund my money. Krystal said I can have it sent back, I asked for it to be sent back, but they had disposed of it. kinda sucks, because I went on to spend THOUSANDS of dollars at Side by Side stuff instead. They kept my money and did not deliver a product. TERRIBLE
