Item arrived with all the hardware missing. 10 days later hardware arrived with the seal missing. Still waiting on that. Suggest you are more demanding of your suppliers. Since first the parts were missing the shipment should have been expedited. It wasn't. It also should have been checked for accuracy. It was not. If you accept this level of performance you will eventually fail.
