Your prices are a little high on some stuff. Also I ordered something that was on back order and was told I would receive it by the end of the month. No problem. Then when the time got close and the item was still not ready to ship I canceled it. That part was no problem ether, however I had ordered 2 items and I had already received 1 of the items already and when I cancelled my order they took off the coupon I had applied and still chardeged me full price for the shipping. The item i did receive ended up costing double and made it a waist of money. That was very disappointing. And I'm not sure I will order from them again. Sad cause the customer service was great. I spoke to Bill and he was fantastic and is the only good thing about the experience.
