Communication after order is excellent. The windshield arrived when it was supposed to. The instructions are not so difficult to follow if you couple them with the pictures on the instructions pages. The rubber gasket were the haradest to put on correctly. The windshield is sturdy and does not rattle when in motion. The top part lets down easy and does not bounce or rattle on the hood of the Mule when properly secured as the instructions say.
