I ordered a KFI plow kit. The hardware from the lever kit was missing, 4 weeks later and multiple text messages/phone calls i finally received the hardware. Also I ordered the standard size fairlead pulley instead of the wide on accident and it’s been 6 weeks, still haven’t received a replacement. I’ve been a loyal customer over the years but I won’t be any longer, really went down hill over the last year or so.
