Purchased the KFI plow kit. The winch arrived DOA. utv direct would not replace it and asked me to contact Warn directly. Why should the customer have to contact a manufacturer for a dead out of the box product they utv direct sold me? We went around for awhile then they finally sent me a replacement. However not a pleasant experience first doing business with utv direct. Also original shipping was sent out from three of four different warehouses. However I only was only provided one tracking number and they never responded to my requests for sending me the remaining tracking numbers. Again not a very good first time customer experience.
