The website could be easier to navigate. Having to either pick the machine and sort through all the parts. Or pick the part and sort through the machines is not the most ideal. But my parts came way faster than expected, and customer service was great. The instructions were damaged in shipping and they were quick to identify which ones I needed and to send it to me.
