I received great informational assistance in regards to a plow kit I wanted to purchase for my defender. The representative was knowledgeable, informative and not pushy as to a certain product. After making the purchase, I received the product within several days and all of the parts were together as stated. I had to drill two holes to attach my mount, but the representative had already advised me if this prior to purchase. So no surprise. Haven’t had to use the plow yet, but appears very stout/beefy.
