I hesitated to buy from a source for which I was unfamiliar. However, my speaker arrived in a few days and at the same price I had seen in some big box stores. There was trouble during the install and a request for information to UTV sent in the middle of the night was answered before I woke up. They asked for pictures and gave some professional guidance that worked perfectly. Nice to still have customer service somewhere.
