I had to call to get a complete description of what was available and what I needed. The website did not explain or show all details related to the product like what the tow strap was.
I did need human intervention to explain what I needed before I made the purchase.
Derren at UTV direct was very helpful on setting me up so I guess I'll go back and change this to a 5 star rating.
I don't know why something shipped from Canal Fulton, Ohio would need to be shipped to Sparks NV. on its way to Townsend WI. It just seems a bit out of the way to me.
