The part I ordered was on back order but they were quick to notify me and give me a realistic time frame. They offered me a full refund for the order since it couldn’t be fulfilled in a timely fashion which I declined due to their transparency of the delay. Once the part shipped it was on time and I couldn’t be happier. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
