I called in late on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised to speak with a wonderful gentleman that took the time to help me identify a product for my Polaris that I horribly failed on with two other suppliers. He reviewed pics that I sent, provided suggestions and guidance to have a product delivered within 3 days that was better than what I was searching for. The art of customer service is alive and well here.
