Ordered cab heat for my UTV. called to verify I was getting correct heater. Talk with rep and he was helpful. Online ordering was easy and I did have correct unit picked the call wasn’t necessary. Was nice to know I could talk with a rep. Only complaint was it said online, unit was in stock. After not receiving a delivery date. I called back in to check was told 2-3 weeks. Had to cancel order. I was refunded and appreciated fast response. I would defiantly shop here again. But I do think delivery dates should be more transparent.
