I purchased a windshield for my Yamaha wolverine x4 and two of the brackets holding the windshield were cracked. Utv Direct customer service was phenomenal. They stand by there products and shortly after the conversation I received an email confirming replacement parts are being processed for shipment. I purchased additional accessories shortly after knowing that they will treat me better than a dealership.
