I called before I ordered to resolve a couple questions before ordering. I was impressed by the service on the phone as well as the amazingly fast shipping after ordering. I placed my order mid-day and it went out the door the same day. UTV is very easy to do business with. The only issue I have is that the package arrived "pre-opened" which likely occurred during transit. It appears all the parts are there, but I won't know for sure until I get to install it in a week and a half. I attached a picture for reference.
