Could actually talk to a person . and that person answered all my questions. and my item was even on sale at the time. my windshield came in a few days as promised. FYI one corner of the shipping box was torn away about 10". the corner of the windshield was sticking out. this would have damaged it had it not been for the shields material. poly-carbonate. lucky me. lucky you. this could have been avoided if each corner of the shield had a simple cap taped to it. it broke out because it could slide around in its box. hopefully this poor packaging isn't do to the fact that it IS poly-carbonate. wont break. if so then that`s just lazy ass thinking. windshield fit great,,,,, works great. jeff
