I was on an ice ride in Portage Lakes Ohio about 2 years ago when a couple of friends of mine introduced me to Jon, ( owner of UTV headquarters) and little did I know at that time, he would become a very good person to know. Approximately six months went by when it was determined I needed some new tires for my RZR. I shopped around at four or five different dealers and then called UTV headquarters and was given a price for the same tires that could not be touched by any of the other dealers. Not to mention was given a 3 to 4 day delivery and was contacted the next day with the product in house. I have since parted with the RZR and purchased a wolverine R-Spec. I let the dealer give me some prices on a winch, windshield, sound system, etc. etc. And then called UTV headquarters and compared prices Apples to Apples and once again UTV headquarters could not be touched! Recently I had made a purchase that was extremely time sensitive, and Jon ( in my opinion) went way out of his way to see to it that my deadlines were met. And for that I am extremely grateful. I have had the pleasure of speaking to and dealing with most of the employees at UTV headquarters and they are all extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. Thank you UTV Headquarters for being my "DUDE"
