Windshield was damaged upon arrival. Salesman advised on phone that a replacement would be sent. Then tells me in a condescending email that he never told me that and that a plastic hinge was sent instead. Item has never arrived. I understand now was this company has a F rating with the BBB. I will never do business with this company again and I have a windshield I cannot use.
