At this point, all I can give is a poor review. I have not received the product which I have ordered. I am not sure if the product has even been shipped. If you want to improve customer satisfaction, perhaps you should wait until the customer has actually received the product before asking for a review. Another recommendation to improve customer satisfaction would be to notify the customer when the product is shipped and provide a tracking number. Perhaps you do this and I have not received it yet because you have not shipped it yet. I don't know. A final recommendation would be to ship as fast as possible. You are competing with other companies like Amazon who are shipping out same day when possible. An example of this would be that at the same time I order the lift kit from you, I ordered several other parts off of Amazon. I have the parts I ordered off of Amazon. I have no idea when I am going to receive the product I ordered from you. This does affect the customer's decision when deciding where to order the product from. Hope this helps. I understand that sometimes things can't be shipped same day or even same week and I am not upset, annoyed a little, but it would be nice to be kept updated and it would certainly help if you didn't ask for a review before you even shipped the part.
