The ordering process was easy and pretty much self explanatory. The only problem that I see is that I ordered two items and I think that only one of them has shipped. It would be nice if I knew which item shipped and what the status of the other item was and why it didn't ship as well. This is the first time I've shopped through UTV HQ so I'm not too familiar with your processes.
