Created an account on August 23rd. Website told me it would send me an email to confirm my account. Never received. Placed an order on good faith after confirming my email address in my account. To date, no emails but the one asking my opinion on the UTVHQ website’s customer service. It either needs some technical love, or the confirmation messages about being sent emails about account creation and orders need updating.
