Hi there,Sure am glad you guys are here for us! Ordered brush rolls and one came with a chipped edge and it was replaced immediately with a great attitude...when I inserted the damaged one it worked. I notified you that I would go ahead and pay for the replacement but you said no worries...you don't have to pay. Also, watched your video on how to put it in. Now I have an Oreck that works great!
