The manufacturer of my upholstery and carpet spot cleaner, Bissell, does not offer a replacement hose; mine had become very stiff and inflexible with years of use.
Vacuums-R-Us had the part which was easy to identify and order on their website. They had a video showing one of their technicians replacing it, so I could confirm that it was within my capabilities to do. The correct part came quickly and in good condition. My spot cleaner is working like new once again.
