The USPS crushed the box that my order was shipped in and the small parts fell out. The USPS said that box was insured so we have to contact the vendor. I called "Vacuums..." and the person that answered took my information and I recieved an email back from your company asking for photos of the box. I sent' y'all photos and you sent an email back saying you would send replacement items that I ordered and paid for. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for the parts. Emails go unanswered. I will dispute the charge with the credit card company if I don't get the parts that I ordered or a refund. O am not sure what to think at this point, other than thay don't really care about the customer once they got their money.
