They were able to backorder a had a hard-to-find part and it arrived within the time frame originally quoted. I did call about the order and the man I talked to was very helpful and able to assist even thought I was not sent a confirmation email with order number. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is their shipping policy which will likely keep me from ordering from them again. I had to ship item to my son who I would be visiting since they wanted an enourmous sum ($100) to ship to Alaska, but it was free elsewhere in the US. That means I am subsidising everyone elses' shipping. Not cool. If they would offer shipping at actual cost I would give 5 stars easily and would happily order from them again
