Fantastic experience with vacuums R Us. Ordered a vacuum hose that was very hard to get. They found it and had a great price with free shipping. I reached out to them through email to find out when I may get the part. They responded very quickly. They're obviously very customer service oriented. Very happy I will definitely use them again. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would definitely give them about a 20
