I have a Dyson big ball, which is about five years old where I need a new dustbin. Everyone I contacted stated that this was no longer available and would not attempt to get it exception of vacuums r us. /// I find it pretty amazing that the local shop in Florida was in capable of handling this, but I had no problem going to Colorado (on-line) for better service. …thanks
