I ordered multiple parts to repair our Riccar Brilliance R30D.
Not only did they have the exploded parts views , they also had the parts at a reasonable price . I want to add that there is a person that answers the phone, I love and value that, it seems to be a lost service these days.
We had our parts in under a week with regular shipping.
