I have a new(er) Oreck, I also have 3 older ones, all of which I love. I went to change a belt on the new one and could NOT figure out how to open it. Vacuums R Us came to the rescue with a great video which explained everything and reminded me I should have an extra roller and another one of the new belts. Ordered them and received them in a few days even though I'm clear across the country. Excellent service!!
