I had a problem with my Rug Doctor: a hose was broken so it did not vacuum up much of the water when I was shampooing a carpet. Checked YouTube and found a fantastic video by Vacuums R Us showing how to fix the problem. Ordered the part kit from the link in the video. Received the parts a couple days later and fixed the Rug Doctor in about 15 minutes due to the clear instructions provided by the video. I have bookmarked the Vacuums R Us website and will use them again if the need arises.
