After starting an online order, I called regarding a question I had on a part number for a replacement wheel on my older vacuum. The gentleman at the Fort Collins store was very helpful in answering my question! Unfortunately, the wheel had to be backordered and took about 6 weeks to arrive. The company kept me informed of the shipping status of my order. I had a very good experience with this company from start to finish and would recommend!
